Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Use CRM tools to track pipeline, follow-ups, and performance metrics.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and virtual meetings when needed.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Exceptional closing skills with a demonstrated record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Experience in relevant industry is a plus.
